The residents, Board of Trustees and the Management Company all work together to make Ft. Mitchell Place a desirable place to live.

The Board of Trustees and the Management Company are dedicated to following the guiding principles set forth in the Declarations and By-Laws and to the maintenance and improvement of the buildings, landscaping, and other physical features of the community. In addition, the board strives to build a sense of community among the residents.

The residents care for each other and take pride in our community. We make personal improvements to our property and do our part to care for the whole of Ft. Mitchell Place from an owner’s point of view. We strive to keep our community beautiful and clean. Improvements made to the outside of your unit need to have an Architectural Improvement Application completed and approved by the board.

The Board of Trustees hires the Management Company, who hires the landscapers and contractors, while performing its responsibilities economically and efficiently. Careful regard is made to the budget, as well as the environment and property values. The result of following these principles is that Ft. Mitchell Place is indeed a highly desirable place to live.

The monthly HOA fees cover the following amenities
